Triceps cable pushdown sessions. The graph is drawn by calculating a 1RM for each session, keeping reps AND sets of the heaviest weight used in the session in mind.
Please keep in mind that these are calculated values which might not exactly correspondent with reality. Some examples where the calculation will never be correct, are pyramid sets, or for example a 1x1x142,5kg set after doing 10x10x140kg.
