Geen energie en nog veel spierpijn. Weer veel te weinig geslapen ook.
Linkse aanhechting borst deed al zeer en bij laatste set werd dit ineens heel erg. Zeer gevoelig nu… 😭

Geen spotter bij bench dus durfde niet zwaarder te gaan, maar zat zeker nog meer in.
Bij deadlift geen pr, vorige week ook nog te zwaar gegaan, toen had die pr er wel ingezeten volgens mij. Na de poging deed men scheen ook zeer van de barbell er in te trekken, slechte setup..

Squat weer als laatste oefening, het was niet eerder vrij. Gewichten voelden echt super zwaar, maar me wel aan de RPE gehouden.
